Directorate of Public Instruction (EE) Punjab, Education Complex, Lahore has issued the Official Notification letter on 28 August, 2019 in the matter of Art Competition for Primary to High school 2019.
MOD has been made between the Punjab Council of the Arts and School Education Department, for strengthening cooperation and support in the field of Art & culture. Art competitions may be organized among all school children from Primary to High School at Tehsil, District and Divisional level to inculcate and develop a sense of creativity and aesthetic in the children / students of young age. For the purpose cooperation / help of Divisional Art councils all across the Punjab can be sought to organize Art competitions, workshops etc.
Competent Authority as desired to take necessary action for conduct of art competition under different themes in public school in Punjab collaboration with Divisional Art Councils.
Themes are proposed for the competition

c) Clean Village, town, City, Country.
d) Green Plantation
e) My-Village
(and more with consultation with School Education Department)

A part from the Art Competition workshops and tutorials can be organized for both students and teachers in calligraphy, Art, Poetry and crafts etc. with the help of Divisional Art Council all across Punjab.
