District Education Authority, Mandi Bahauddin Chief Executive Office has issued the official Notification letter on 18th November, 2019 in connection with attendance marking on SIS Punjab.

It has been observed by the Monitoring & Evaluation PMIU-PESRP that the teachers and students attendance is not being marked on SIS Punjab. This lack of interest in this regard is alarming and not acceptable.
As per the data of the last three (03) months, only 10-15% of schools are regularly using the module to mark student attendance. While, as per the data of the last three (03) months only 30% of the schools are regularly using the module to mark teacher attendance.

You are, therefore, strictly directed to ensure 100% compliance of all schools regarding this matter, also, keep a close check on the schools that are not marking their attendance, and, take appropriate action in this regard under intimation to this office.
