It is informed to General Public licensed professionals, concerned land owning agencies. that Manual Public Counter at SBCA has already been closed on 20-09-2019. The “AUTOMATED SINGLE WINDOW FACILITY” for submission of Building Plans has started its function w.e.f. 21-09-2019 therefore, all owners through licensed professionals (Architects and Engineers) can submit Proposed Plans, Completion Plans, Demolition Permission either online or can visit the Automated Single Window Facility Counter for approval of building plans/completion plans etc.
Sindh Single Window Facility
It is further informed to all Development Authorities / Housing Societies / Land Owning Agencies / Lessor of plots that verification of title documents / status of plots will be made through e-mail only, therefore it is advised to immediately contact and provide necessary documents and details at Automated Single Window Facility Counter located at Ground Floor SBCA Building, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi for developing Portals for automated “e” approval and issuance of Building Plans.
After 31st October 2019, 110 Proposal will be accepted where portal of concerned Housing Society / Authority / Land Agencies is not made. The procedure of online submission of applications can be seen on our website. All those professionals (Architects Engineers) who have not set up their own portals as yet are finally requested to get themselves registered at the SBCA portal. Without registration, no professional will be eligible to submit building plans.
