Government of the Punjab, Service & General Administration Department, Section Officer (Services-I) has issued the official Notification letter on 19th October, 2019 in connection with ban on Ex Pakistan Leave.
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that Chief Minister, Punjab has been pleased to impose complete ban on all kinds of Ex-Pakistan leaves and visits abroad, including those which are fully funded, with Immediate effect, except the following cases which will be considered by the Competent Authority on case by case basis:

i). Ex-Pakistan Leave to perform Umrah / Hajj / Ziarat
ii). Ex-Pakistan Leave for medical emergencies
I am, therefore, directed to request you to kindly bring these Instructions to the notice of all the concerned under your administrative control for information / strict compliance, in letter and spirit.
