Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) Karachi has announced for general public through Newspaper advertisement on 4th December, 2019 in connection with beware sales & purchase of illegal construction P&T colony.

It is hereby informed to General Public that they should beware from sales and purchase of flats in unauthorized buildings and illegal construction at P&T Colony.
All such constructions are continuing without issuance of NOC’s from related authorities. Hence, all such constructions will be demolished soon as per Honorary Court Orders.

So, General Public are warned in their own interest that if they involve in sales and purchase of flats in unauthorized buildings and illegal construction at P&T Colony the responsibility of such act is wholly imposed on them and Cantonment Board Clifton is not an arbitrator in this regard.
