Update Your CNIC As Khawaja Sara: Before going to start the registration process, you must ensure that your identity CNIC card issued by NADRA reflects your gender identity as a transgender person.
Visit the Nearest BISP Tehsil Office: Visit to the nearest Tehsil office of the Benazir Income Support Program. This is where you will complete a dynamic survey to determine your eligibility for the Kafalat program.
Receive Confirmation Message: After you have successfully registered and completed the survey, keep visiting your mobile phone for the confirmation SMS from 8171. You will receive a confirmation sms from the Helpline 8171. This message will confirm your registration for monthly stipend and it’s release date.
