Budget Speech 2021-22 in Urdu

I am going to share the Budget 2020-21 speech in Urdu in which the good news is not increasing any tax and imposing new taxes. But on the other way, the most unexpected and bad news for the Government employees is that there is no increase in salary for the next fiscal year.

10% Percent Salary Increase in Budget 2020-21

Federal Govt has increased 10% salaries of Govt employees in the Budget 2021-22. All the Government employees are waiting to increase almost 15 to 20 percent increase in salary in this budget but every time PTI Govt disappoint their Government servants. I would share some brief details of the Budget 2021-22.

  • The cash amount of Ehsaas Kafalat is increased
  • Govt Employees Salaries and Pension 10% increased
  • The minimum wage of any employee is Rs. 20,000/.
  • Ardali Allowance increased from 14,000 to 17,500
  • A tax rebate package has been formulated for housing schemes
  • A subsidy of Rs 3 lakh is being provided for the construction of houses for low-income earners
  • The construction of three major dams Dasu, Bhasha, and Mohmand will be our priority
  • More than a dozen programs have been launched under the Ehsas program
  • No new tax will be levied on the Government employees
  • Value-added tax on locally manufactured vehicles is being abolished, 850 cc vehicles are being exempted from federal excise duty and sales tax is being reduced.
  • Ex-vehicle and new model makers being exempted from advance customs duty
  • The target is to vaccinate 100 million people by June 2022
  • Mobile phone calls lasting more than three minutes are subject to federal excise duty
  • Federal excise duty is being imposed on internet data usage and SMS
  • Rs 10 billion has been earmarked for a successful Pakistan program.
  • It is proposed to set aside Rs 66 billion for higher education
  • An amount of Rs. 5 billion has been proposed by the federal government for the new census
  • Customs duty is being reduced for one year for electric vehicles
  • It is proposed to reduce taxes on certain types of locally manufactured heavy motorcycles, trucks, and tractors
  • Special technology zones are being set up in the country
  • Subsidies for all sectors including electricity, gas, food, and beverages

Gilgit Baltistan Budget 2021-22

As per the Budget Speech Gilgit Baltistan (GB) 2021, Government has increased the salaries of the employees. GB Govt announced Disparity Reduction Allowance 2021 (DAR-2021) and Adhoc Relief Allowance for the employees. The details are as under:

  • Disparity Reduction Allowance 2021 @ 25% with effect from 1st March 2021
  • Adhoc Relief Allowance ARA 2021 from BPS-01 to BPS-22 with effect from 1st July 2021 @ 10% of the running basic pay.
  • Minimum wage rates the GB Govt fixed Rs. 20000/- per month.
  • Technical Allowance 150% of the Initial basic pay for the employees of BPS-`17 and above who are Diploma Holders and Architects with effect from 1st July 2021.
  • Ardali Allowance, the GB Government enhanced from Rs. 14000/- per month to 17000/- per month as per Federal Govt
  • Integrated Allowance from Rs. 450/- per month to Rs. 900/- per month for class IV Employees.
