Under the umbrella of BZU- Shenyang Normal University China. The classes will be conducted by Chinese instructor. Admission form can be received from ORIC-BZU office during office time.

- Enrolled students of BZU, nominated by Head of Department (Basic Language Course)
- Last semester passes out students of Basic Chinese Language (for HSK1- Threshold) or any other having already taken basic Chinese Course
