The government of Pakistan, National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Islamabad has issued the official notification on 24th August 2021 regarding can I travel domestic without Covid Vaccination.
Domestic Air travel After Covid Vaccination
It has been decided that with effect from 1 Aug 21, no citizen of age 18 yrs and above, will be allowed to undertake domestic air travel without vaccination. The restriction is further elaborated as below:
- Restriction is for domestic air travel only.
- A person traveling from Pakistan to abroad or from abroad to Pakistan is exempted from above restriction. The restriction is also not applicable on link flights if these are within 72 hours of arrival or departure.
- Following categories will be exempted from this restriction, after due verification of relevant documents –
- Partially vaccinated individuals.
- Foreign Nationals.
- Pakistani nationals having documentary proof of vaccination abroad.
- Patients who are clinically advised against vaccination due to risk of reaction.
