Office of the District Education Officer (SE) Jhang has issued the official Notification letter on 17th January, 2020 in connection with provision of certificate regarding stoppage & recovery of illegal drawing qualification/M.Phil/PhD Allowances.
It is to inform you that this office various tunes directed you to provide sanctioned letter of Qualification/ M.Phil/PhD allowances in favor of teachers working under your jurisdiction. Some Teachers/Head Teachers did not provide their sanction letter to this office up till now.
You are hereby once again strictly directed to stop the Qualification/M.Phil/PhD allowances of those teachers who are availing the benefit of these allowances without prior approval / sanctioned of competent authority.
However a certificate in this regard must provide to this office within 03-days positively that “It is certified that all the allowances i.e. qualification / M.Phil/ PHD have been stopped by the undersigned and recovery has been started from their salaries“
You are further directed to provide a copy of change form / Challan Form with the above said certificate to this office within 03-days positively. However a copy of salary slip of the concerned teacher for the month of January 2020 must provide to this office till 05.02.2020. In case of non-compliance, strict action will be recommended to the competent authority against you.
