CheckList Application For Retirement/LPR

If you are working as a Government employee in School Education Department and after completion of your service, you are eligible to go on Retirement / LPR then following documents are required to submit to process of your retirement application.

Document Checklist

  1. Application
  2. Forwarding letter with clear recommendations
  3. Leave Form (Leave Entitlement issued by the DAO)
  4. Copy of CNIC
  5. No Inquiry, No Demand, No Audit Para, No punishment, and Service certificates with dispatch No. & Date
  6. Matriculation Certificate
  7. First order with Joining report is verified by the competent / Issuing authority and all orders (appointment/promotion Including joining reports are attested by the controlling officer
  8. Computer Pay Slip verified by the DAO
  9. 25-Years qualifying certificate verified by the DAO
  10. Affidavit original
  11. Photo Copy of Service Book with original service book
  12. All documents verified by the controlling officer
