The Deputy Commissioner, Muzaffargarh has issued the order letter on 23 September, 2019 in connection with inquiry for the death of a Child due to Electric Shock in GGHS Mahra,Muzaffargarh.
Consequent upon death of a child due to electric shock in Government Girls High School Mahra, Tehsil and District Muzaffargrah today at 9:30 AM. A committee comprising of the following officers is constituted to esquire into the issue and submit the report within 24 hours.
1. Assistant Commissioner, Muzaffargarh
2. Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Muzaffargarh
3. Sub Divisional Officer, MEPCO, Rohillanwali, Muzaffargarh
