I am directed to refer to your letter No. 2229/LCE/1E/VII B.3(27) dated 28-11-2019, on the subject cited and to request cited above and to request your good office to direct all the lower judiciary forum to take necessary action in accordance with the criteria as mentioned in Finance Department’s earlier advice bearing the same number dated 15-10-2019 (copy enclosed) and withdraw all orders which are against the spirit of criteria conveyed vide above refereed letter.
