Office of the District Education Officer (M-EE) Sheikhpura has issued the official Notification letter on 28th January, 2020 in connection with collection of original service books and personal files.
With reference to directions issued by worthy Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura on the subject cited above.
It is observed that many teachers have their service books in their home. Service book is the document / property of Drawing and disbursing officer (DDO), not any individual employee. It should be with the custody of DDO being a controlling officer.
It is therefore, you all are directed to collect the original service books and attested personal files from all teachers working under your jurisdiction and put them in a safe place I office. Make a proper register for receiving and handing over service books as per need.
You are further directed to submit certificate regarding 100% collection of original service books and personal files In your custody and also inform about the defaulters as well by 10-02-2020.
