Directorate of Public Instruction (SE) Punjab, Lahore has issued the official Notification letter in connection with completion of fresh promotion cases & submission of deficiencies of deferred cases (Male & Female).
Please refer to this Directorate letter No. 785/(C-If) dated 24-01-2020, No.14697/AD(C-II) dated 03-12-2019, No. 15152/(C-II) dated 19-12-2019 and No. 15297/(C-If) dated 26.12.2019 on the subject cited above.
The School Education Department vide letter No. SO(Promotion-II) 6-5/2018 dated 14-01-2020 had conveyed the minutes of Departmental promotion committee meeting held on 28-10-2019 (Female) and 25-10-2019 (Male) which were sent to you vide this office No. 636/C-II(2) dated 17-01-2020 and Memo No. 727/C-II(1) dated 23-01-2020.
I am further directed to convey that inspite of repeated reminders and telephonic messages nothing has so far been received from your office. The competent authority has shown serious concern in this regard and desired that to direct you to look into the matter personally and send complete promotion cases of all categories already asked by this Directorate vide letters referred to above.
A list of officers (Male & Female) working under your administrative control from seniority No. 441 to 600 (Female) & 451 to 600 (Male) is hereby sent to you with the direction that their complete service record for their promotion to BS-18 may be furnished to this Directorate through special messenger on 19.02.2020 failing which the concerned DEO (SE) will be held responsible for the consequences.
