Directorate of Public Instruction (Elementary Education) Punjab has issued the official Notification letter on 3rd January, 2020 in connection with confirmation whether signed copies of inter districts orders (E-Transfer) of ESE/PST, SESE/EST and SSE/SST teachers belonging to your district have been received or other wise.
Your personal and immediate attention is invited to this Directorate Memo No.6930/Admn dated 09-12-2019 and No. 6992/Admn dated 11-12-2019 vide which you were requested to intimate whether original copies of all candidates regarding inter district transfer orders duly signed by DPI (EE) have been received by you or otherwise.
It has been noticed with great concern that despite issuing letters and repeated requests telephonically clear position regarding receiving of Inter District Transfer order has not been brought in the notice of DPI office by you.
Eventually, still a numbers of teachers / Educators are visiting this Directorate with the compliant that their signed copy of inter district transfer order has not been received so far.
It will be not out of place to mention here that CEOs had intimated that they have received all Inter District Transfer copies of teacher / Educators of their district who had applied for inter district transfer, but still teacher are complaining that they have not received any signed copy from CEO office.
This act shows poor performance on the part of CEOs and it has also created problems for teachers / Educators for getting LPC and starting their salaries at new station from District Account Office.
I am directed to request you til take it on priority basis and at personal level and clear picture be brought in the notice of this Directorate if there is any inter district transfer order is yet to be signed by DPI(EE) the particulars and copy of order of said teacher / educators, be sent through Email (dpielementarypunjab@gmail.com).
If all inter district transfer orders duly signed by DPI(EE) have been received, then a certificate to this effect may be provided by 06-01-2020 without fail. Please thrush out carefully and intimate about factual position.
If any case / compliant regarding non receiving of signed copy of inter district transfer order is detected or received latter on, strict action will be proposed against the responsible officer.
