Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department has issued the official Notification letter on 3rd February, 2020 in connection with constitutes committee to examine contract policy regarding regularization of contract employees.
No.SQ(S)/ACS/1-1/2020: The Competent Authority has been pleased to constitute the following Committee to examine the existing contract policy regarding regularization of contract employees:-
- Mr. Khalid Mahmood, Additional Secretary (Regulations), Finance Department – Convener
- Mr. Shahid Imtiaz, Additional Director, law & P.As Department – Member
- Ms. Naila Tayab, Deputy Secretary, School Education Department – Member
- Mr. Muhammad Saleem, Deputy Secretary (Regulations) S&GAD- Member
TORs of the Committee are as under:-
i). Holistically review the contract policy and recommend its continuation or otherwise.
ii). Propose alternate policy for time bound projects.
iii). Any other matter relating to the Issue.
The Sub-Committee shall finalize its recommendations, at the earliest.
