Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has issued the official Notification letter on 9th December, 2019 in connection with Daily Wages Rates in Lahore.
WAPDA has adopted daily rates for skilled, Semi-skilled and Un-skilled labour fixed by the Deputy Commissioners for their respective District, for payment to its daily wages staff.

The daily wages rates fixed with the effect from 01-7-2019 by Deputy Commissioner, Lahore vide Office Order No. PSO/Estt/6537 dated 11-10-2019 are reproduced below:
- Un-Skilled Labour – Rs. 689/per day
- Semi-Skilled Labour – Rs. 719/per day
- Skilled Labour – Rs. 786/per day
- Mason other Skilled Labour – Rs. 882/per day
- Part Time Emoluments – Rs. 5750/per day
