Office of the District Monitoring Officer Attock has issued the official Notification letter on 15th April, 2020 in connection with decision taken during the meeting regarding dengue held on 15-4-2020 under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Attock.

It is to relate that a meeting regarding Dengue was held under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Attock on 15.04.2020 at 11:00 am. The Chair, interalia, passed the following directions pertaining to the School Education Department:
(i) All schools must be opened once / twice a week to ensure:
a. from proper cleanliness (premises,toilets, water tanks, roof tops, etc.);
b. Removal of junks;
c. Removal of Stagnant Water;
d. Plugging of Water Leakages.
(ii) Each school/user be directed to upload at least 02 snaps showing ongoing cleanliness activities in school through Tablets registered through District Health Department.
It is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may please be disseminated to all concerned accordingly.
