Directorate of Public Instruction (S.E) Punjab, Lahore has issued the official Notification letter in connection with provision of deficiencies of services of contract employees (HM) selected through PPSC Advertisement No. 22/2012 of BS-17.
Reference to the Govt. letter No.SO (SE-I)1-629/2014-dated 11-12-2019 on the subject cited above.
In Pursuance of the Punjab Regularization of Services Act, 2018 dated 30-4-2018 and the Punjab Regularization of Service (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 dated 24-7-2019, the cases of the officers B-17 & BS-18 working on contract basis, falling under the criteria prescribed according to Act as well as Ordinance, were required to be regularized.
The working papers and original files of Headmaster with joining up to 31-12-2015 have been scrutinized and lots of deficiencies of services have been traced out that should be accomplished, so that the process of regularization may be expedited.
In the working papers, the officers (who joined in April,2015) at serial No. 08, 10, 13, 14, 23, 38, 50, 51, 56, 62, 78, 93, 105, 108 & 109 and the officers (who joined in December,2015) at serial No. 01, 04 & 08 are mentioned as “DEO(SE) has not reported the cases”.
You are directed to check the list of deficiencies of services and provide the actual status of the officer. whether they are working or left the department as mentioned above and submit the cases of the officers working on contract basis within 02-days positively.
