Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued the official Notification letter on 30th October, 2019 in connection with discontinuation of fines imposed under Monitoring Regime.
School Education Department has decided to steer away from excessive monitoring and focus on school improvement and action management through a new School Improvement Framework (SIF) which will emphasize Incentives rather than fines.
With the approval of the Secretary, School Education Department, it is directed that all fines under any pretext shall be discontinued with immediate effect.
