District Education Authority Bahawalnagar has issued the official Notification letter on 09 October, 2019 in connection with empowerment of sanction of casual leave.
It has been noticed during the visit of schools that teachers are facing hardships with regard getting sanction of their casual leave in connection with their domestic affairs or acute ailment / issue. It is matter of fact that Head Teacher of every school is sole responsible to administrate the institute in a befitting way so, he/she is fully authorized to grant casual leave to his / her respective subordinate staff on urgent grounds in the best interest of teaching community.
You are therefore, directed to circulate the instructions in field that concerned Head of Institute will sanction casual leave of his / her respective staff member on dire need basis and therefore intimate to AEO / Dy. DEO for information and record. Compliance may be ensured in letter & spirit.
