The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan has issued the latest notification on 23rd June 2022 in connection with enhancement of fixed FBR incentive in lieu of performance allowance for FBR employees to remove the disparity with federal secretariat and other organization.
Special Allowance of FBR Employees Notification 2022
The undersigned is directed to refer to Revenue Division (Federal Board of Revenue’s reference bearing No F.No 2(2)Secy (IJP-Lit)/2022(Note for the Finance Minister) dated 21st June, 2022 on the subject cited above and to request for provision of the following information for further processing of the case by Finance Division;
- Detail of Cash Rewards given to FBR employees during last five years.
- under which rules Cash Rewards are being disbursed? What is the source of funding?
- Grade wise detail of the amount utilized for Cash Rewards during last five years.
- Detail of all benefits/perks utilized by FBR employees, if any, other than those reflected in their pay slips.
- Grade wise sanctioned strength of FBR employees.
- Expenditure incurred under ERE, during last five years.
