Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit Punjab Education Sector Reform has issued the official notification on 19th April, 2023 in connection with Entry of Student Data for Insaaf Afternoon Schools in SIS Punjab 2021. The notification has been forwarded to all the CEOs of Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, R. Y. Khan, D. G. Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Jhang, Chiniot Hafizabad, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana, Vehari, Lodhran, Attock, Jhelum, Bhakkar, Khushab, Mianwali, Pakpattan, Okara. Notification of Entry of Students For Insaf Afternoon Schools 2023
To ensure timely and accurate data collection, it has been decided that going forward, data of students enrolled in Insaaf Afternoon Schools Programme (IASP) will be collected through School Information System (SIS). All student details, including B-Form numbers, for students in Insaaf Afternoon School programme will be entered in sis, as it is done for regular shift students.

Once the student record has been entered, the checkbox indicating “Insaaf” will be checked, representing that the student belongs to IASP. Once the online data entry is complete, respective AEOs will be required to verify and countersign enrolment data entered by schools in SIS. In future, honorariums will be sent according to the verified data present in SIS.
