The Pakistan Engineering Council has issued the latest advertisement regarding the announcement of the EPE exam PEC schedule 2022. The PEC has officially announced the 20th Engineering practice examination (EPE) test fall 2022 for the registration of engineers. If you fulfil the eligibility criteria, then apply through the application form and PEC EPE syllabus; study material is available on the official website www.pec.org.pk. The last date for submission of the application is 21st October 2022.

EPE Exam PEC Schedule Fall 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
If you want to appear in the PEC Professional Engineering exam 2022, candidates must register with PEC from April 2005 and onwards. You must have 05 years of professional experience in the relevant engineering field. 17 CPD points since 10 July 2010. Maximum 10 CPD points from work experience.

Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will conduct the EPE for the different area of engineering such as;
- Agricultural engineering
- Chemical and polymer engineering
- Civil engineering and applied discipline
- Electrical and Applied discipline
- Mining engineering
- Material and metallurgical engineering
- Mechanical engineering and allied discipline
- Textile engineering
- Petrogas engineering
As per PEC Act, 1976 amended up to December 01, 2016, the “PE” has privilege over “RE” in terms of technical sanction authority, design/process certification, and preference for higher levels leading towards international practice.

All those engineers who are registered with PEC as “Registered Engineers (RE)” in April 2005 and after that, having proven professional experience of five years from the date of initial registration with PEC till closing date of applications, whether working privately or in the employment of an Engineering Public Organization and also have acquired 17 CPD-Credit Points (w.e.f. 10th, July 2010 onwards), are eligible to apply.
The candidates who have applied for the 20th EPE (Fall-2022) are not required to submit their applications afresh. However, their eligibility will be subject to the fulfilment of the above criteria. Further, candidates who have already appeared in the 16th, 17th and 18th EPE but could not qualify for any part of the exam can also apply to re-appear in the NOT QUALIFIED part.
All interested engineers fulfilling the above criteria may apply on the prescribed form available on the PEC website (http://www.pec.org.pk/cpd_epe_App.aspx) along with a fee of Rs. 2500/- + Bank Charges (details of PEC online bank accounts available at http://www.pec.org.pk/Accountlnfo.aspx) and attested copies of valid CNIC, PEC registration certificate, work experience certificate(s) and two recent passport size photographs (attested on the backside).
How To Apply For PEC EPE Exam 2022
Application form, examination format, EPE syllabus, study material and necessary guidelines are available on the PEC website under CPD. Duly filled applications may be sent along with the fee of Rs. 5000/- + Bank Charges (details of PEC online bank accounts available at http://pec.org.pk/Accountinfo.aspx and attested copies of valid CNIC, PEC registration certificate, work experience certificate and two recent passport size photographs ( attested on the backside). The applications complete in all respect should be reached before the deadline. The exam will be held simultaneously in the following proposed cities on 31st December 2022 (Tentative) subject to registration of minimum required number of candidates suitable for establishment of a centre.
