Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued the official Notification letter on 26th November, 2019 to the Chief Executive Officers in connection with explanation on inefficiency in removing casual leave pendency in your district.
Removing Casual Leave Pendency
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that a review meeting was held under auspices of Worthy Secretary School Education and it has been noticed with concern that you have failed to remove Casual Leave (approval/rejection) pendency in your district and are amongst the lop three delinquent DEA’s:

I am, therefore, directed to call your explanation as to why you have fined in removing this pendency in your district despite repeated directions to expedite the process. The concerned teachers are suffering and this department is facing embarrassing situations due to your deliberate slackness. Such inefficiency is not expected from an officer holding such an important managerial position in the field. Your reply to the explanation should reach this department within 24 hours positively.

then how can a teacher can remove pending leave in case head teacher is retired and his data from profile is removed but when related school teacher has applied retired head has recieved message of leave ？
