Government of Pakistan, Federal Directorate of Education has issued the official Notification letter on 29th May, 2020 in connection with federal educational institutions remain open with administration staff only.
In pursuance of the directions received from the office of Director General FDE, I am directed to advise that all Heads of Educational institutions will attend their offices in their respective Institutions w.e.f June 01, 2020 (Monday).
All administration offices shall remain open during office hours (Monday to Thursday 10:00 am to 04:00 pm and on Friday 10:00 am to 01:00 pm) unless notified otherwise.
Heads of institutions shall ensure attendance of all administrative staff and their biometric attendance record (through face detection only) to be maintained. Heads of institutions are further advised to ensure that daily cleanliness and necessary up-keeping of the premises are maintained.
All Area Education officers are advised to ensure that the above-mentioned directions may be followed in letter and spirit please. This is issued with the approval of Director General (FDE).
