The final cash dividend of twenty per cent (20%) on ordinary and convertible preference shares for the year ended 30th June 2019 has been credited to the bank accounts of members except those members who did not furnish correct or complete bank account details.

The dividend of members who did not furnish the required International Bank Account Number (IBAN) has been withheld in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
Any claims in respect thereof may be filed with the Central Depository Company Limited or the participants by members holding shares in CDS and with the Company’s Share Registrar by members holding share certificates. The IBAN must be specified when filing any claim.
