Government of the Punjab Services and General Administration Department (Implementation & Coordination Department) has issued the Notification on 29 August, 2019 in connection of Friday Plan as Kashmir Mobilization Campaign on 30th August 2019.
Observe solidarity day with Kashmir
Competent Authority on receipt of instructions from federal governments, has desired to observe solidarity day with Kashmir on 30th August, 2019 (Friday), as per following schedule and manners in letter and spirit:-
Play National Anthem of Pakistan
12:00 to 12:03 hours – playing National anthem of Pakistan across country.
Play National Anthem of Kashmir
12:03 to 12:05 hours – Playing National Anthem of Azad Jammu & Kashmir across Pakistan (will be heard on all TV, FM & Radio channels). All the humans / traffic and vehicles to remain stand still during National Anthem from 12:00 to 12:05 hours.
Complete Instruction during Kashmir Mobilization Campaign
During 12:00 to 12:30 hours following tasks would be performed.
1). Instructions For All Parliamentarians, PM/CM
PM / CM along with all parliamentarians to come in front of PM / CM Secretariat building / lawn
2). Masses Remain Out
Masses to remain out of their (Office building, houses, markets / Malls and gather in nearby streets in entire country.
3). Distribution of Pakistan & AJK Flags
Maximum number of AJK (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) , Pakistan flags to be distributed.
4). Aerial Coverage
Aerial coverage to be made through Helicopters, Drones and Quadcopters .
5). Instructions for Stakeholders
All stake holders to be engaged for a grand show from 12:00 to 12:30 hours
6). Instructions for politicians, anchors, actors and sportsmen
Leading politicians, anchors, actors and sportsmen would tweet their messages for massive gatherings along with them during Kashmir Hour.
7). Relaxation for only Critical Condition
Everyone to come outside except in critical condition or in hospitals.

Public rallies across Pakistan holding Pakistan / AJK flags from 14:00 to 17:00 hours
