The Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Aviation Division) Pakistan Meteorological Department Climate Data Processing Centre has issued the official notification on 18th March 2022 in connection with coordinates & chance for sighting of the new moon of Ramazan 1443 AH on 02-4-2022.
Chance For Sighting of New Moon of Ramadan 2023
The new moon of Ramazan, 1443 AH will be born on crossing conjunction point at 11-24 PST on 01-04-2022. Astronomical parameters of new moon and average cloud amounts at Pilot Balloon Observatories of Pakistan Meteorological Department are attached herewith.
According to astronomical parameters, there is a Good Chance of sighting the new moon of Ramazan, 1443 AH on the evening of 02-04-2022 i.e. on 29th of Shaban, 1443 AH. According to climate record, the weather is expected to be Fair/partly cloudy in most parts of the country.
