Government of Sindh, Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department has issued the official Notification letter on 19th December, 2019 in connection with grant of higher grade incentive basis on Time Scale to the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-16 holding isolated (Non-Promotional) Posts.
I am directed to forward herewith letter No. SO(Admn)SGA&CD/1-36/2019/E-IV dated 09th August, 2019 alongwith letter No. FD(SR-II)2-35/2014/P-I/APCA dated 16th July, 2019 received from Section Officer (Admn), Services General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, on the subject noted above.

It is therefore, requested to please go through the contents of the letter and provide information of the cases of isolated / non-promotional posts from BPS-01 to BPS-16 of civil servants working under your control with recommendations for time scale, as per following format within three days to this department, so that their cases could be considered accordingly:
