The Punjab Government, Higher Education Department has issued the official notification on 2nd November 2021 in connection grant of special allowance 2021 to the employees BPS-01 to BPS-19 who are not receiving any cadre/service special allowance.

I am directed to refer to your letter No SO(CAB-I 1-1/2021(SCCFD (PIV), dated 01.11.2021, regarding the subject cited above and to enclose herewith twenty (20) sets of Summary for Standing Committee of Cabinet on Finance & Development duly signed by Secretary and Minister, Higher Education Department Moreover, the required PowerPoint presentation and soft copies of the summaries on the subject matter has also been emailed.
