Government of Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) has issued the Official Notification letter on 24 September, 2019 in connection with Guidelines for verification of Posts/Scale prior to posting/adjustment of promoted teachers.
The following guidelines are to be observed by the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities prior to adjustment/posting of promoted tagged teachers:-
i. Unverified posts (as highlighted) must be verified by CEO, DEA. concerned TODAY till 12:00 PM positively.
ii. Seniority Nos. must be corrected TODAY till 12:00 PM positively (List attached).
iii. Verification of applicants shall be made on 26-09-2019 (promoted teachers for adjustment).
iv. In case of missing of Notification No. & Date, the same must be entered.
v. If the candidate is not promoted but tagged, must be rejected with reason.
vi. If the teacher who already joined after promotion but tagged again, must be rejected so that he may not be adjusted again.
vii. After completion of above-said tasks, DOWNLOAD the list of promoted teachers (PDF format) for signature on each page and . scanned copy of Signed list, may be furnished to this office at the following email addresses on the SAME DAY EVENING i.e. 26-09-2019:
