The Directorate of Public Instruction, Punjab has issued the latest notification on 1st July 2022 in connection with Guidelines Merit & Rejection of E-Transfer Requests.
Guidelines For Rejection and Acceptation of e-Transfer 2022
At this stage the merit of e-transfer requests is being made in the system through self-generated system. The CEOs after verification of documents are responsible to accept or reject the application. All the CEOs are clearly directed that 100% transparency should be observed while accepting and rejection of e-transfer applications.
Only valid and relevant documents should be considered for acceptance of e-application. Similarly without any cogent reason and verification no application should be rejected.
The e-transfer requests based on wedlock and divorced cases may thoroughly be checked and ensure that under the Rules and Policy all pre-requisite requisite documents are attached with the e-request.
Please observe all instructions and guidelines issued time to time and ensure implementation of Transfer Policy. If any e-application is rejected without any solid Mason justification, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against the CEO concerned.
