Guidelines regarding Annual School Census 2019 SIS Punjab

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) has issued the official Notification letter on 22 October, 2019 in connection with guidelines regarding annual school census 2019 through School Information System (SIS).

It is to Inform you that School Education Department is conducting annual School Census 2019 through School Information System (SIS) w.e.f. 21-10-2019 during which all data relating to schools Including teachers, students, non-teaching staff etc. shall be corrected/updated in addition to the other fields of school information.

The following guidelines shall be followed for correction / updation in teachers data and posts through SIS Punjab:-

CHANGE IN POSTS


a) Primary / Elementary School

Primary / Elementary School Head will send formal request to AEO.

After verifying, AEO will contact DMO office.

DMO office after verification will grant access to AEO on SIS.

School can update the posts in SIS under the supervision of DMO office.

b) High / Higher Secondary School

The School Head will send a formal letter to DMO office.

DMO office after verification, will grant access to the school on SIS.

School can update the post in SIS.

TEACHER DATA CORRECTION


The school head will send a formal letter to the DMO office requesting changes in CNIC number/date of birth/teacher name/designation/joining date or in personal number alongwith relevant supporting documents.

DMO office verify the document and share with PMIU.

After verification if the Data provided supporting documents are correct then DMO office will update the required changes.
