Office of the Inspector General of Police Sindh Karachi has issued the official Notification letter on 3rd February, 2020 in connection with health card & care facilities to the employees of Sindh Police throughout the province.
I am directed to state that Sindh Police is striving to provide better health facilities to its employees and their families for which Home Department Govt. of the Sindh, was requested for provision of health card / care facility to the employees of Sindh Police throughout the province of Sindh. In this regard, Home Department Govt. of Sindh has asked to furnish certain information / data as per attached proforma.
In view of above, I am further directed to request that requisite information / data may please be furnished to this office on soft / hard copies by 18th February 2020 for onward submission to Home Department Govt. of Sindh. It may please be ensured that only complete data your respective Range / Unit level be furnished to this office and direct information of District / Unit will not be entertained in this office.
