Admission in Foreign Medical Universities/Institutions 2021
It is notified for the information of general public that the Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognizes on-campus Medical and Dental degrees awarded by only those foreign universities/degree awarding institutions which are enlisted in International Directories published by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and are duly recognized by the respective Governments.

Therefore, all those Pakistani students who are interested in gaining admission in Medical and Dental degree programmes in foreign medical universities are advised to confirm accredited/chartered status of university/institution by visiting following websites as well as check recognition of the same with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC), erstwhile Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC), before obtaining admission in any foreign university/institution.
Please note that the recognition of any foreign medical and dental qualification is determined on individual merit and such degrees awarded by non-chartered universities/institutions or through distance learning are not recognised by HEC.
