Higher Education Commission has launched a new HEC degree attestation portal for secure and fast verification of degrees online. Students can now facilitated through this system because they don’t need to visit personally at office and apply for degree attestation from their homes.
Applicants can easily apply through the web-link: http://www.eservices.hec.gov.pk online submission of application. Applicants, who are already registered at http://www.eportal.hec.gov.pk will use same username and password for login at;

Note: If you have already using the old degree attestation link then you can use the same username and password to login in the latest HEC online portal. Because the older HEC online degree verification system has been expired.
How To Apply For HEC Degree Attestation 2022 Step By Step Procedure
Here are few steps of HEC document attestation procedure through online portal;
First Step: Open the website link given HEC – E Services Portal
Second Step: You can login through CNIC/Passport/POC
Third Step: Complete the online Profile
Fourth Step: Upload scanned copies of required documents and submit application form
When the scrutiny of documents have been completed then informed you through email and sms regarding further process.
Documents Required For Degree Attestation:
- Application form with Challan Form (Courier Reciept, in case of attestation is applied through courier service)
- Valid CNIC or Passport (For foreigner)
- Submit Transcript/Result Card and Degree for attestation.
- Registration and/or accreditation from relevant professional body is required for professional degree attestation
- Authority letter with CNIC duly attested by Grade-17 or above officer is required when degree holder is not an applicant for attestation of degree
- Photocopies of CNIC/Passport and documents that are required to be attested, for HEC record.
- If applicant also require attestation of photocopies of documents then two sets of photocopies of educational documents may be provided.
- Please provide legible photocopies of educational documents to be attested having amply space for pasting of Attestation Ticket and signature & stamp.
- Copy of old CNIC with father’s Name / Nikahnama / Marriage Certificate only for those married female where name and father name mentioned on Degree / Transcript do not match with particulars mentioned on CNIC.
- Additional documents from case to case basis as and when demanded.
