HEC Equivalence of B.Tech, BSc Engg & B.E Engineering

The Higher Education Commission has issued the official notification on 8th December 2021 in connection with HEC Equivalence of B.Tech, BSc Engg & B.E Engineering. The details is given below;

HEC Degree Equivalence of BSc Engg/B.E Engg and B.Tech Hons

In pursuance of the 10th Accreditation and Equivalence Committee meeting held on November 17, 2021, HEC is pleased to modify the decision made in 8i Accreditation and Equivalence Committee Meeting regarding equivalence of B.Tech (Hons) with B.Sc (Enge/Bachelor of Engineering, ie ‘both degrees of B.Sc (Engg/B.E Engineering and B.Tech (Hons.) are not equivalent but could be considered at por for employment, grade, promotion, etc in their respective cadre/streams.’ as under:
