The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has issued policy guidelines for all the universities to cope with the Covid-19 crisis. There is no direction from HEC for closure of universities. Each institution will decide to operate or close as per its specific situation.
However, the District Administration is authorized to close down any institution if the incidence is high. All HEC guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 are available at
