In pursuance of the instructions by the Government of Pakistan in the wake of declaration of COVID-19 as Pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), all concerned stake holders are hereby informed that facility of attestation through Walk-in mode at HEC Head Office Islamabad and all Regional Centers will remain suspended w.e.f. 17th March 2020 until further orders.
The applicants are advised to apply for degree attestation / verification online at eportal.hec.gov.pk and schedule their appointments by selecting Courier option and visit nearest TCS office along with application form, original documents, and attestation fee and courier charges.
The TCS (designated courier Service) will be responsible for attestation & return of educational documents to applicants. Please visit HEC’s website www.hec.gov.pk for details regarding HEC degree attestation / verification of educational documents through courier service.
