Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan has announced the latest Housing Scheme for Federal Government Employees 2020 of Membership Phase-II.

The process of registration / membership will be active within the time frame of 01 July, 2019 to 30 July, 2020.
Notable Features of FGEHF Phase-II scheme
♦ Seniority of the Phase-II members will be decided on age basis. However, the seniority of the registered members in Phase-II will be included as new group on the basis of already created group annually.
♦ Eligibility standard of the member will be implemented with effect from the date of membership according to the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation Quota Policy. The details of the Quota policy, membership/form is available from the site of Federal Govt Employees Housing Foundation.
♦ The registered members shall make the plot payment according to the schedule.
♦ The employees who have already got plot from government department are not eligible for this scheme.
♦ Members who are already registered with Housing Foundation are not need to register again.
♦ Those employees, who are promoted to the next Pay Scale, can upgrade the category of membership.
♦ You can download the registration form from the websites of Housing Foundation and Bank of Punjab / Askari Bank.
Category, Payscale and Membership Fee
Eligible employees can submit registration form including membership fees in any branch of nearest Askari Bank.

Facility of Online Form
For more facilitation of employees, E-Form / online form is available on the website of the Bank of Punjab.
Employees can fill the form online and deposit the form along with membership fees in any nearest branch of the Bank of Punjab or Askari Bank.
