Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department has issued the official Notification letter on 18th April, 2020 in connection with how can i get NOC for fresh passport through online developed by ICT cell. The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department is making efforts facilitate the health professionals by providing information at their door step. For the purpose, this department has already developed online HRMIS Online Leave Portal (Le ex-Pakistan Leave for 30 days only), Online NOC Online Retirement Portal which are operational across Punjab.
NOC Required For Fresh Passport 2022 Details
Taking a step forward, ICT Cell of this Department has now added feature in the online NOC System. Now the health professionals aiming to obtain NOC to Apply for Official Passport, are required to apply online through the said system. It is pertinent to mention here that all such NOCs received through this online portal shall only be entertained w.e.f 20.04.2020. Manual submission of these type of NOCs shall not be considered. This initiative has been taken only to facilitate health professionals.
Therefore, you are requested to submit all such NOCs through this online portal. Verification of all relevant documents for NOC shall be the responsibility of the respective Head of Institute/Hospital. It is further requested that while submitting online NOC application, please ensure proper filing of online application form to avoid any mistake as the NOC will be generated online accordingly as per information provided.
