Director Admin-M for Director Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, Lahore has issued the official Notification letter on 17 October, 2019 in the matter of status of implementation of directions regarding proper functionality of PER Cell’s at District level.
Reference Govt. letter bearing No. SO(S-VI) 5-73/2013 dated 04-10-2019 and in continuation of this Directorate letter No. 9551/AD(C-1) dated 05-07-2019, 10040/AD(C-1), dated 19-7-2019 and 10175/AD(C-1), dated 23-7-2019 on the subject cited above.
You are hereby directed to implement the instructions in true letter and spirit before the surprised field visits from the next week onwards by the higher authorities. The following record must be present at the time of visit.
Record of Officers at Time of Visit
1). List of the officers (BS-16 and above) of your District.
2). Complete up to date ACRs/PERs of the officers BS-16 and above as per notified seniority list (signed by initiative officer and C/S officer)
3). Current inquiry status of the officers
4). Promotion linked training status of the officers
5). Appointment, posting, transfer, study leave, EOL and Deputation orders of officers
6). Year wise, Subject wise and class wise result of the officer concerned
7). Domicile Certificate
8). Fresh Pay Slip
9). Curriculum Vitae (C.V) of the officer
10). All academic and Professional certificate / degrees attested photo copies
11). Complete CR Dossier in all respect.
