All Federal Secretariat Employees has issued the letter regarding record note of meeting held on 27-2-2020 in connection with increase in salary of federal secretariat employees to eliminate discrimination.
All federal secretariat employees feel disappointed / discriminated as their basic fundamental right given under Article 25 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has been violated because of discrimination incorporated by keeping a disparity of Pay & Allowances between various Federal Governments offices / organizations.
We have only one submission/request that, if this disparity cannot be removed , at least, it should be minimized/optimized to a level where federal secretariat employees can sustain a dignified living.
In view of above, a uniform raise of 120% of basic pay as Special Allowance of all employees of BS-01 to BS-22 of Federal Secretariat may be notified on or before 5th March, 2020 as mutually agreed in our meeting held in your good office.
The aforementioned allowance shall be made effective from 1st January, 2020 (as recommended by the Honourable Secretaries Committee) please.
