Government of the Punjab, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department has issued the official Notification letter on 27th April, 2020 in connection with instruction regarding proper filling of PERs of contract employees.

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to slate that it has been observed by this department that Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) In respect of contract employees received from your offices for grant of extension, does not mention specific period for which the performance has been evaluated.
It is, therefore, requested that starting and ending dates of the period must be specifically mentioned on the PERs and the period should not be mentioned as “to date” or “till date” etc.
