Office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Mandi Bahauddin has issued the official Notification letter on 17th December, 2019 in connection with instructions notice for winter vacation 2019-20.
Reference to the Notification issued by School Education Department, Punjab Lahore vide No. SO (A-I)1-31/2008 dated 13-12-2019 received from DPI (EE) Punjab vide Endst. No. 7127/G-II dated 17.12.2019.

Observe Parameters during Winter Vacation/Break
You are hereby directed to observe the following parameters in this connection.
1. All Public and Private schools will remain dosed for students/teachers from 20.12.2019 to 05.01.2020 and will reopen on 06.01.2020.
2. The Heads of High Schools being on Non-Vocational Posts will remain present during vacation.
3. Non-Teaching staff of all schools will remain present during vacation.

4. Up-keeping and security of school buildings will be observed as per routine during vacation.
5. The directions will be observed strictly and negligence will be viewed seriously.
