Directorate of Public Instruction (Elementary Education) Punjab has issued the official Notification letter on 16th June, 2020 in connection with inter district transfer (E-Transfer) guidelines regarding submission of cases to this directorate of all categories.

It has been observed that while forwarding / submission of inter district transfer to this Directorate important nature documents are being forwarded without bearing No. and date of concerned office. This practice creates doubt bout genuineness of documents.
List of Documents Required (Checklist)
- No Inquiry Certificate
- No Demand Certificate
- Service Certificate
- Recommendation of transfer etc.
I am therefore, directed to request you to ensure that while submission of inter-district transfer case of (AEO, SSE/SST, SESE/EST, ESE/PST, Junior Clerk and Class-IV employees) all such above said documents have been allotted No. and Date of issuing authority’s office.
In case of Non-compliance strict action will be taken against delinquent and such case will be consider for transfer.
