Office of the Commissioner Multan Division has issued the official Notification letter on 2 January 2020 in connection with issuance of pending certificates on payment of requisite certificate fee.
Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter No.5823/CMB dated 31.12.2019 received from Chairperson Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Multan on the subject noted above.
You are requested to look into the matter and ensure that the Schools / Institutions (Private and Public) which have not yet deposited the fee for the collection of Secondary School certificates and Higher Secondary School certificates for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 from the Board, ought to do so at the earliest.
Moreover, those Schools / Institutions which claim to have deposited the fee, be directed to approach the Chairperson, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan, with the documentary evidence of the fee deposited so that they may collect the Secondary School certificates and Higher Secondary School certificates for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 and facilitate the students at the earliest. The matter may be assigned Top Priority.
