Government of Pakistan, Office of the Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory has issued the official Notification letter on 3rd April, 2020 in connection with Judicial Inquiry into the Matter of Person Passed Away Due to Burn Within Jurisdiction of Islamabad.
Whereas it has come to the knowledge of the competent authority that on 03-4-2020, Mr. Faisal Mehmood S/O Fazal Hussain, a forty five years (45) years old having CNIC: 42301-1045367-5 has passed away due to burns within jurisdiction of Islamabad, facts of which are required to be ascertained through a judicial inquiry.
In view thereof, and in exercise of powers conferred upon the chief commissioner, ICT vide Ministry of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Notification issued in pursuance of Article 2 of Islamabad Capital Territory (Administration) Order, 1980 (P.O No. 18 of 1980), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory is pleased to appoint Mr. Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat, District Magistrate, ICT to conduct a judicial inquiry in to said matter and submit its report with clear findings and recommendations after evaluating all the record and evidences connecting with the incident within 48 hours from issuance of this order.
